1 Green pepper; cut strips
3/4cCooked brown rice
1 Cooked corn kernels
1/2cTomatoes; chop
6 Whole wheat tortillas
1cCooked black-eyed peas
1cSalsa
1cGuacamole
  Black olives; slice
